Executive Summary
NHeLP’s comments in response to the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Health and Human Services request for information regarding coverage of OTC preventative services. Our comments are focused on access to OTC contraception and stress the potential equity, economic, and overall health benefits of covering all OTC contraception without cost-sharing and without a prescription.
