Western Center on Law & Poverty, NHeLP and the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County in a letter to the chair and board members of Covered California, the state’s marketplace, provide comments on formulation of an innovation waiver that would allow more undocumented immigrants to purchase health insurance through Covered California.
