National Health Law Program (NHeLP), the Center for Health Law & Policy Innovation at Harvard Law School and 26 other advocacy organizations filed an amicus brief in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in support of a class of 67,000 class members. The brief provides the Court with information about the serious need for behavioral health services in the country, and the importance of affirming the District Court’s holdings to ensure that people receive the behavioral health services their insurers promised to provide.
