NHeLP Comments on Medicaid Managed Care State Directed Payments and Fee-for-Service Targeted Payments Proposed Rule

Executive Summary

NHeLP submitted comments opposing this proposed rule, which would substantially restrict access to care for Medicaid beneficiaries by reducing payment limits on state directed payments (SDPs) in Medicaid managed care and certain fee-for-service supplemental payments.
