In partnership with Equality California and its affiliate Silver State Equality, the National Health Law Program created two fact sheets on the Medicaid continuous coverage unwinding with a LGBTQ+ specific lens. One fact sheet focuses on Medi-Cal in California specifically, while the other fact sheet is national-facing. These fact sheets outline actions Medicaid beneficiaries should take during the unwinding, rights that beneficiaries have, and where beneficiaries can obtain legal help and enrollment assistance.
