CA Advocates’ Support Exchange Staff Pediatric Dental Recommendation

CA advocates’ letter urging the CA Exchange Board to adopt Exchange staff’s recommendation to offer pediatric dental benefits through embedded plans to assure that all enrollees are able to purchase Qualified Health Plans that include all ten essential health benefits, including pediatric dental benefits.
