Top 10 Changes to Medicaid Under Senate’s ACA Repeal Bill (Updated)

Senate leadership on July 13 announced its “draft discussion” bill providing slight revisions to its so-called “Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA).” NHeLP managing attorneys Mara Youdelman and Kim Lewis detail “BCRA 2.0” in an updated brief assessing the first version. They conclude the revisions do nothing to fix an atrocious bill. “BCRA,” Youdelman and Lewis write, “strikes a death blow to Medicaid as we know it.”
