Executive Summary
NHeLP submitted comments on a number of the Trump Administration’s proposed revisions to marketplace regulations. Our comments included opposition to eliminating marketplace access to DACA recipients and prohibiting coverage of gender affirming care. We also opposed proposed revisions to existing regulations that would make it more difficult for individuals to obtain and maintain marketplace coverage.
