While Nov. 8 statewide elections in California brought the passage of a number of positive health care related initiatives, the looming Trump administration poses serious threats to health care in California and the nation, writes Staff Attorney Amy Chen in this month’s Lessons from California. “Today and in the years to come, NHeLP stands ready to fight to protect the gains we have made in health access and defend health care coverage for low-income and underserved individuals and families in California and across the nation,” Chen writes.
