The National Health Law Program has partnered with our friends at the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum (NAPAWF) to offer the public “Know Your Rights” fact sheets on Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act’s protections against discrimination in sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming care. The fact sheet is available in nine languages: English, Hindi, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Tongan, Urdu, and Vietnamese.

We are pleased to offer our state and local advocacy partners template versions of this community facing fact sheet (in the same nine languages) upon request. The template versions allow advocates to add their own branding, contact information for the legal services organizations serving their communities, and other state-specific information and resources. The templates also include in-text URLs so that advocates can print and hand the fact sheets out at community events. Please contact [email protected] to request access to the template versions.
