Hill-Burton Facility Listing

Executive Summary

Hill-Burton Act funded the construction of health care facilities beginning in the 1940s. Facilities receiving this funding had a time-limited Free Care Obligation and, importantly, a Community Services obligation that lasts in perpetuity. This document provides a state-by-state listing of Hill-Button facilities.
