NHeLP and other health care and women’s advocates filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit urging it to affirm a federal district court’s ruling that Kansas was violating the Medicaid Act’s free choice of provider provision, by barring federal funding of state Planned Parenthood clinics.
