Amended Complaint in Stewart v. Azar

Executive Summary

The National Health Law Program, Kentucky Equal Justice Center and the Southern Poverty Law Center filed an amended complaint in Stewart v. Azar regarding HHS’s re-approval of a demonstration Medicaid waiver for Kentucky, which includes an onerous work mandate, higher premiums and other illegal obstacles to Medicaid.
