In this guide, the Benefits Tech Advocacy Hub (a joint effort of NHeLP, TechTonic Justice, and Upturn) offers recommendations for minimizing procedural terminations connected with OBBBA’s work requirements through minimizing administrative burden, better aligning system design choices to the needs of applicants and recipients, and developing mechanisms to hold the vendors and contractors who design these systems accountable.
