Translation glossaries identify commonly used terms and would create standardized translations for these terms. This saves money since translation costs are often created by word count and also ensures consistent use of terms across many actors which would benefit Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals. For example, after enactment of the ACA, many different entities came up with a variety of ways to translate terms such as advanced premium tax credits, qualified health plan, cost sharing reductions, navigators, etc.
