Discriminatory Pharmacy Benefits Design in Select Qualified Health Plans Offered in Florida, Office of Civil Rights, Department of Health and Human Services

Executive Summary

Complaint to the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requesting that federal officials take action to end discrimination targeting people living with HIV/AIDS.
