Protect Medicaid 2023
Proposals are being considered by Congressional Republicans to cut Medicaid funding as part of the debt ceiling negotiation. These proposals include Medicaid block grants, per capita caps, and work requirements. If implemented, these policies would limit federal funding and make it more difficult for individuals to access health care programs and services.
