Director of Individual Giving

Divinity K. Pittman is NHeLP’s Director of Individual Giving. Divinity is a nonprofit development leader with nearly two decades of experience advancing mission-driven organizations and securing resources to help young people, families, and communities thrive. Her career spans across institutional philanthropy, individual giving, development operations at organizations focused on education, youth development, health, and civil rights.

Divinity brings a deeply intersectional, relationship-centered, and mission-driven approach to philanthropy. She believes fundraising is ultimately about bringing people together to collectively unlock our shared vision for the future as guided by the expertise-and-lived experience of impacted communities.

Her perspective is further shaped by an early career in public service and research.
