Paralegal Enforcement and Litigation

Charlotte Lu is a Paralegal on the National Health Law Program’s Enforcement and Litigation Strategy Area team. Before joining NHeLP, Charlotte worked as a Business Immigration Paralegal at Ogletree Deakins, where she supported employment-based immigration matters. Prior to her legal work, she served as a Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, where she worked closely with lower income/new immigrant families and volunteers to provide mentorship and community-based support.

Charlotte received her Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and her B.A. in Sociology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Wake Forest University. She is passionate about expanding access to resources and improving outcomes for marginalized communities.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her two dogs and exploring new restaurants in the area.
