Executive Summary
HHS recently finalized the Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2025, which contains significant changes to the Essential Health Benefits (EHB) benchmarking process. In this webinar, NHeLP attorneys will summarize the key changes and new opportunities that the rule presents for states to close remaining gaps in coverage of services. The webinar will cover changes related to adult dental services, new state coverage mandates and cost defrayal, changes to the federal prescription drug standard, and more, with the goal of helping state advocates and stakeholders leverage the EHB benchmarking changes in order to advance health equity.
