The leaked decision is unprecedented and confirms our worst fear: the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade and eliminate the constitutional right to abortion. While we are not surprised, we are outraged at the devastating impact the anticipated complete overturn of Roe will have on people across the country.
Despite the leak, abortion is still legal today and the National Health Law Program will continue to fight to ensure anyone, regardless of their income, race, or zip code, can access abortion.
