MSNBC: New lawsuit targets Tennessee Medicaid

After being cited as one of the six states not actively addressing its backlog of Medicaid applicants, three non-profits have helped file a lawsuit in federal court against Tennessee. Sam Brooke, Southern Poverty Law Center attorney, and Ricky Reynolds, one of the plaintiffs, join Karen Finney to discuss.
