Jeanna M. Cullins was a partner, and the former leader of Aon’s Fiduciary Services Practice for over 14 years, until she retired in December 2022. Ms. Cullins is a recognized institutional investor industry expert with 35+ years of experience across a wide range of fiduciary, governance, and operational processes issues. She has worked with over 100 institutional investors, advising the boards and senior leadership on how to develop effective, efficient, and practical ways to enhance their governance, day-to-day operations, and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.
Ms. Cullins’ key areas of focus include providing fiduciary and governance training; facilitating board’s self-evaluation and review of key leadership; conducting governance diagnostics; assisting with strategic planning; developing policy and process documentation; reviewing compliance and risk management controls; and other related issues. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences on institutional investor “best practices.”
Currently, Ms. Cullins serves as Secretary of the UCAN Governing Board and is a member of the Executive Committee, and is a member of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission Investment Advisory Panel. She is also a retired director of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, where she served as Governance Committee Chair and a member of the Audit Committee. She is the former Secretary and Executive Committee member of the Metropolitan Chicago YWCA.
Ms. Cullins earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A., cum laude, from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
