Washington, DC – Earlier today, the National Health Law Program and our co-counsel, Jenner & Block, New Hampshire Legal Aid, Legal Aid of Arkansas, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, filed a response brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in Cochran v. Gresham and Cochran v. Philbrick (sometimes called the “work requirement cases”). Oral argument is currently scheduled for March 29.
