Ensuring all individuals access to all reproductive health services.
All individuals are entitled to comprehensive and quality reproductive health care, delivered with dignity, where cost is never a barrier. Yet, people often face systemic obstacles from harmful legislation, religious refusal, complex managed care systems, racism, and stigma.
National Health Law Program defends and advances access to the full range of reproductive health services. We engage in education, policy advocacy, and litigation to improve access to family planning, pregnancy, and abortion services in Medicaid and private insurance.
